We distribute a broad range of news at Grand PR Wire Press Release Services, from commercial announcements to healthcare news and everything in between. Whereas we work directly with each client to ensure that their digital press release has the most significant possible attention, there are a few scenarios when news cannot be released via Grand PR Wire Press Releases.

 

The type of material in a press release that, if provided incorrectly, untruthfully, or fraudulently, could directly influence the reader’s enjoyment, healthcare, safety, or economic security. Grand PR Wire does not accept this kind of content.

 

Editorial services

 

The editorial team at Grand PR Wire evaluates press releases and stories before distributing them. It is crucial to follow the following guidelines to achieve speedy clearance and integration:

  • Each content must have a labeled and distinct author.
  • The corporate name of the Content Partner must be included in each content.
  • Each content must include the Content Partner’s contact details such as phone number and email address.
  • Each article must include the Content Partner’s postal mailing or business address.
  • Any figures, measurements, or prices mentioned in the content must have placeholder values.
  • Please check for any XML issues in the material. It turns out to be the most common reason for content is not published.

 

Editors' approval

Your PR will be manually reviewed and marked as APPROVED. It takes us around an hour to review and evaluate releases for publication—Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, and 6 hours overnight and on weekends. If a press release is not scheduled, it will be distributed immediately. They will be broadcast on the date, time, and time zone you choose if they are planned.

 

Indexation suggestions

  • Incorporate exchange(s) and ticker(s) in the content and meta-data of your articles whenever possible.
  • In the first two paragraphs of your narrative, try to reference corporate names, exchanges, and tickers.
  • Don’t publish the same content on many sites.

 

Prohibited content

Grand PR Wire does not support the following forms of content:

Press release formation

Title and Summary:

  • Headlines preferably should be under 18 words) as shorter, more accurate headlines function better.
  • Use active verbs and phrases in your headlines to make them more appealing.
  • The content of the press release should be appropriately represented in the headlines.
  • When writing headlines, avoid utilizing special letters and symbols like & percent TM, or any of our partners may leave characters out.
  • The headlines should be interesting, essential, and the latest to be announced.
  • The press release’s substance should be clearly described in summary.
  • The summary should be concise and straightforward, and it should be delivered in a few short phrases. Many media companies may cut a long synopsis if it is too long.

 

Acceptable formation of a press release

  • The length of press releases should be sufficient, between 300 to 800 words.
  • Press releases should be objective and authoritative; first-person conversational language is discouraged (I, we, you, etc.).
  • Press releases should be written in the style of an announcement.

  • Do not use JavaScript or other scripting languages like OL, LI, or table in your press release.

  • Only use quotes from people who have genuinely uttered them.

  • Grand PR Wire does not accept releases that promote unlawful content.
  • Grand PR Wire does not accept releases containing obscene language.
  • Releases promoting mortgages, payday, cash, short-term, long-term loans services, or any other type of financial product are not accepted by Grand PR Wire.
  • Releases promoting escorts, explicit material, sexual enhancement goods, or any other similar stuff or services are not accepted by Grand PR Wire.
  • Releases with the goal to slander or promote rumors are not accepted by Grand PR Wire.
  • Grand PR Wire does not accept releases aimed at exacting vengeance on any party.
